About the Boat:

Recent Survey states: “This vessel appears to be very well built. The interior is extremely well maintained and finished in mahogany and maple of the finest quality. With an 8’ beam on the displacement type hulls, the in-hull compartments are very spacious. The depth of the hulls allows for 7’ head room. The interior of the tunnel section at over 16’ wide makes for spacious compartments in this area as well. This area also has a good depth that allows for well over 6’head room. The S/V “Graziafelice” is extremely well suited as a luxurious world cruiser. With a hull speed of approximately 10 toll knots, it is not suitable for those that don’t have time to enjoy the cruising experience.”

The “Graziafelice” has sailed around the world several times. She has six staterooms, all en suite, spacious salon, formal dining room, galley, pilot house and a bar.
Approaching the vessel via the cockpit is a pleasant and accessible entry. The large cockpit consumes almost the entire breadth of the hulls. Built-in cushioned bench seating and two folding mahogany tables are perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The two fine tables have a leaf which enables an entire table length of 12 feet. The aft seats provide plenty of storage for everyday necessities, such as scuba tanks or fishing accessories. Two helms, both equipped with a 36” hydraulic steering wheel and new Teleflex Marine I6000 Throttle and Shift Control Stations, make sailing and navigation a breeze. A navy canvas bimini provides shade and protection from the elements.
The pilot-house is well-built for both crew and captain to relax and work in comfort. A 360 degree view through 9 windows enables complete navigation and steerage at all times. The starboard settee serves a dual function as a berth and sitting area, completed with a fine mahogany bookcase. The port side navigation station includes an enormous chart table aft, switches, radio outboard and the helm forward.
The aft port compartment is the dining area. The u-shaped settees bamboo and palm tree prints complement the beautiful wood surrounding the 6’ dining table and seating area. The dining area can easily entertain 12 persons comfortably. Two skylight hatches and three grand windows/hatches touch light upon the enormous built-in bookshelf and crafted cabinetry for all china and glassware.
A luxurious wet bar enhances the aft starboard compartment. As within her entirety, the materials, colors and patterns have been chosen with the utmost care combining a delicate balance with the wood. Soft browns, greens and slight golds meld throughout this room. A settee starboard converts to a queen berth with a large louvered closet and an enclosed head and shower centerline.
Forward of the dining area and bar is a salon that goes full width between the hull. The main salon has two separate U-shaped seating areas, each able to comfortably seat and accommodate up to 12 persons. Two custom built hand-crafted mahogany and maple wood fold out serving tables provide the centerpiece to each sitting salon. The tables fold out displaying custom inlayed wood chess boards. Eight large windows enhance the view from within the main salon laying a golden hue upon the surrounding mahogany. The settees provide an eye catching backdrop full of pineapples and red hibiscus flowers. Four large hatches and two skylight hatches enable an amazing amount of breeze to enter throughout her entirety.
Each hull has two sets stairs. One set of located aft of the dining area and bar, while the other is set is in the aft end of the salon.
Curved steps lead to the aft main staterooms. Both staterooms have luxury queen sized berths and built-in cabinets and clothes lockers. The gorgeous mahogany encompasses the berths encouraging a restful sleep. Cool breezes flow smoothly via the skylight hatches and portholes. Elegant duvets of red and gold, sage green and champagne melt with the soft chenille pillows. The stateroom heads are located at the top of the curved stairways at the main deck level.
Forward of the port engine room is the galley. Ventilation is facilitated by three porthole hatches and a center skylight hatch. Maple louvered pantries and a dozen cabinets provide ample space for storage. A large kitchen counter runs the entire length of the galley making meal preparation a joy. The galley is outfitted with a 4 burner LPG stove, Emerson microwave oven, Nautic 10 cubic foot freezer, Nautic 10 cubic foot refrigerator, Zanussi LPG oven and a single stainless steel sink.
Forward of the galley is a stateroom providing extremely ample space with single bunk beds and built in paneled and louvered cabinets. A folding table and pull-out drawers provide more room for movement and accessibility. A skylight hatch and a few portholes make this a breezy and enjoyable stateroom. The rich maples and mahogany enhance this stateroom even more. An enormous enclosed head is directly forward. Brilliant white makes this a pleasant place to take a shower and prepare for a day of relaxation.
Just forward of the starboard engine room is a gorgeous stateroom, a favorite of the captain. Outfitted in a melody of mahogany and smooth crèmes are a double lower berth and a single upper berth. Two portholes and a skylight hatch illuminate the exceptional mahogany. Located just forward are a spacious head and shower.
The starboard forward stateroom consists of two single bunk beds and an enclosed head. A spacious hanging closet and pull-out drawers add space and sophistication. Soft greens and brown comforters come together creating a warm room to enjoy at anytime of the day or night.
A pair of boat davits each fitted with Lewmar single speed hand winches fit at the aft end of the cockpit. They are chromed stanchion with wood top rail running along the aft end of the cockpit. This rail is fit with a gangway centerline providing easy accessibility to the water and/or a tender. This is an added benefit beyond explanation. Storage below the cockpit is also obtained from the platform. Designed and constructed of marine-grade aluminum and framed with teak strips and hinges so it can be lifted while underway. Washing off after a day of snorkeling is made simple with the outdoor shower upon the swim platform.
The weather deck is wood construction using FRP coating as is the hull. The lavish deck surface is capped with beautiful teak. Strolling along the deck is a pure pleasure. Life lines and stanchions provide a sure hold. The deck is easily rinsed and cleaned using the two Shurflo Blaster Series Wash-Down Pumps which bring the water amidships to hoses both port and starboard.
Forward is an open area with two enormous strong nylon mesh trampolines. This space is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or just napping under the stars.
The extreme forward compartments in the port and starboard hulls are storage spaces.
The extreme aft port and starboard compartments are storage spaces. They include shelving and miscellaneous storage. Access is provided by main deck hatches.
Hella fans are installed in all staterooms and the galley. Lighting throughout her entirety is fashionable as well as functional. Blakes Marine toilets are outfitted within every head.
All below the waterline through-hull fittings are fitted with bronze type ball valves.
